Manta is the real deal! 6 contractors met with us, but only 2 followed up with proposals. Ian provided a detailed proposal and worked with us until we were completely happy. Our renovation included a full kitchen, full bathroom, partial bath, front entry, and lots of interior painting. Manta met our budget and timeline, and kept us informed throughout the project. The team is very knowledgeable and guided us through the process of making the many selections needed. We’re thrilled with the results!

Manta continually went above and beyond to ensure that the total renovation of our Villa was perfect! As we live four hours from our beautiful vacation Villa, Ian sent updated pictures on a regular basis to show us the progress of construction. We were in regular, almost daily, communication with Ian via phone calls and email. He kept us apprised of every detail of the renovation. The estimate for the renovation was accurate and when I made changes along the way, Ian provided the updated price in a timely manner. He offered suggestions for modifications to my original design which were great improvements to the renovation. His knowledge and expertise are remarkable and he was able to guide me through the renovation process, always with kindness and patience! In addition, those that work for him are experts in their craft and took great care in the renovation. All were polite, respectful and worked diligently to complete our Villa to like-new condition! We just finished our first renovation project with this crew and I cannot recommend them enough. From the start, Ian was very responsive, scheduling a walk thru of the projects I had in mind within 24 hours of my first contact with him. He was very knowledgeable and considerate and listened to every detail I was looking for in a small bathroom remodel and fireplace reface. The crew were very polite as we were home the whole time they worked, and allowed me to be as involved in the design/project as I wanted. Ian made himself available throughout the entire project as well. For example, the guys started putting in a tile I picked out and once it was on the wall, I immediately hated it. Within an hour, Ian had the tile removed and replaced. I could not be happier with the finished product and the quality of work delivered. We cannot wait to update the rest of the house and work with this crew again!!
